Token Holder is the trust layer for AI agents — a Rust-core platform with two deployment targets: a Tauri desktop app for sovereign use and a hosted cloud at cloud.tokenholder.io for managed tenants. It handles agent identity, scoped permissioning, audit logging, and federated tenant onboarding.
The hosted side is a multi-region SST + ECS Fargate + Aurora Serverless v2 deployment with ACM/CloudFront in front of per-tenant subdomains. The federation layer reconciles wallet identities and Telnyx verify profiles via a daily Lambda cron with alarms and a verified pre-flight runbook.
